weekend roundup

Okay, so if you all haven't guessed by now, the previous post was, in fact, a joke. It can be blamed on a drunken Truth or Dare thread over on
ljslumberparty (where I've been hanging out all weekend) and
freedomfry's fiendishness. *giggles sheepishly* Sorry if it freaked you out.
In exciting news for, well, me, I have purchased a paid account, which means more icon space and the ability to make myself a pretty new journal layout. Yay! *continues doodleing around with icons on PSP*
Also, I am attempting to finish up my first entry for the second round of the
stagesoflove challenge, and it should be up soon. Additionally , a 85 Saiyuki plot bunny has eaten my brain. I've pounded out a sizeable chuck of writing already, though there's nary a plot in sight. Which would be fine if the fic was full of plotless smutty goodness, but instead Hakkai and Gojyo are just dancing around each other, angsting and whining. *facepalm* Dammit.
As for what else I've been doing this weekend, I saw a bunch of movies. The Fifth Element and Kill Bill, volumes 1 and 2. All of them were great. Bruce Willis and Milla Jojovich were amazing in The Fifth Element and Gary Oldman was just fabulous. And I liked Kill Bill a whole lot more than I thought I would. Everyone in that movie was great, as well.
Though I'm afraid seeing that movie made me really want to see Farfarello/Gogo fic. That would be the best cracked-out crossover OTP ever. C'mon, you can see it, right?
