Gojyo/Hakkai fic is currently more than three-quarters of the way done. YAY! I expect to hit the 10,000 word mark tomorrow. And I've just gotten to the sex-part. *headdesk* Oh my God, why do I have so much trouble getting Gojyo and Hakkai to make with the sex? I mean, Gojyo is only too happy to oblige, but Hakkai feels the need to run off and angst about his existence for awhile, which kind of kills the mood. I've found that taking off his limiters helps, though. Plus, it scratches my no!limiter!kink, so yay.

Of course, now that I'm wrapping up the writing of one fic, the plotbunnies for a half-dozen others have mobbed me. I think they lie in wait until they find me at a vulnerable moment. Goku and Sanzo muses are threatening immediate decapitation if I don't resume work on their fic now, but Banri has just swaggered in and told me that I really need to write a fic about him and Gojyo. And then Nii and Kamisama are hanging out in the wings, lobbing creepy, perverted story ideas at my head. Oh, and then there are a couple original characters who want me work on outlining them so they can be in my NaNo novel.

Did I mention recently that my fingers are about to fall off from teh writing? Because they are. Ow.

ah...a writer's life. Yay!

I know how you feel, though. I started a book in January that is on indefinate hold because I got a cool idea for another book which I started and couldn't put down. And then another HUGE idea came at me (both of these ideas have massive research, too) and then I got involved in a collaboration project, so I have one book on hold and three in the works.

Gotta love being a writer! ~_^

and the muses do lay in wait for you to get going on a story and then they throw ideas at you until you either turn from what you are doing or until you fall unconsious. ~_^
