Oh, I love this pairing. It's definitely my favorite Weiss Kreuz pairing, and possibly one of my all-time favorite anime pairings. They just seem to fit together really well and have good sexual chemistry together. Of course, Schuldig has sexual chemistry will everyone and everything, including inanimate objects. But I particularly like the way he interacts with Crawford. I really can't put my finger on exactly what it is about them I love so much. It's just something about their very different personalities being put together that really hits my kink buttons. As a rule, I tend to like pairings where the characters are very different, and Schuldig and Crawford do have that, but thery're very similar in some ways. I like that.

Plus, you know, they assassins. So that's immediately cool. And they're Schwarz, so they don't have the whininess sometimes-over-the-top angst that Weiss does. They rock.

Anybody else want to hear me babble about a certain pairing?

In other news, my ongoing project of making myself a garden (which I'm sure none of you care about, but I'm going to ramble about it anyway) continues. My tomatoes, radishes, and sunflowers are sprouting. I am ridiculously excited about this. But...teeny green leaves poking through the soil! So cute! And a sign that I haven't killed all my plants already! Yay!

However, my rosebushes have become infested with aphids. Insert frowny-face of consternation here. I bought some stuff to kill them though, and it seems to be working. *crosses fingers*

Also, I need to work on my Orgasm drabble for [livejournal.com profile] stagesoflove, since it's due, um, tomorrow. Oops. *runs off to work*

I'm happy somebody else wished for Crawford and Schuldig, because this was the other pairing I considered asking your opinion about. When I have first seen the anime (and later the manga) this was the only pairing that came to mind (not including the "canon" pairings with the girls/women who all die anyway). They just seemed like a couple (although not a terribly romantic one. And the "bad boy" charm of assassins has something in it, doesn't it ;-).

Well, I like hearing about your garden. I like gardening myself (both flowers and vegetables) so it's nice to know I'm not the only one. Everybody I know just complains that they have to work in the garden, but I find it relaxing. It IS fun to wait for the first leaves to show from the earth! There's an added benefit of the hobby that you can actually eat the results ;-P. Ok, not the roses, at least not if you're putting pesticides on them ...

I'm glad that somebody finds the gardening babble interesting. *grins* I'm very excited about my new little garden, and I can't wait until the plants get big enough to eat (though that won't be for a while yet). It is very relaxing. It's nice to meet a fellow gardener, too! :)

Crawford/Schuldig fans unite! [grins]

Oh, do babble. I'm spending a lot of time gardening atm so am always interested to hear what everyone else is doing. Maybe I should actually tell everyone what i'm doing too. Gardening overtakes our LJ circle! [grins]

Again, I'm glad to hear there are other gardeners out there! I picture people reading my journal going, "WTF? No one cares about your obsessive squeeing over your tomato seedlings! Shut up!" *grins* I don't know why I think that; I love to hear about other people's projects. You should definitely post about your own gardening adventures, by the way. I'd love to hear it!

Thanks!

Thanks very much!

They seem like such a natural pairing to me.

Also:
Schuldig has sexual chemistry will everyone and everything, including inanimate objects.

Hee! I don't think this could have been put much better!

If I weren't in residence and facing a move soon (and if there weren't still snow on the ground), I might like to have a small garden. Too bad about your roses, though.

I love my garden. Maybe once you move, you can put in a small one? You can buy little ceramic pots and plastic trays so the plants are portable, which is what I do. It's a lot more convenient than planting directly into the ground.

Oh, and my roses seem to be better for now. YAY!

I could try that! I've thought about bringing in potted roses and such, but I've held back for space and lighting concerns. It would be very nice to have a little garden, so that's something to look forward to.
