...bad Cicer, no cookie

Have inexplicably just started a Saiyuki high school AU. Note to self: possibly should finish 1,354,586 WIPS before starting something new. Especially something new, cracktastic, and spectacularly weird. Seriously, why am I writing this?

On the other hand, this is kind of fun and I'm progressing much faster with this than with the last several projects. Hm. I think I've missed writing crack AUs.

The Ikkou in high school... yes, the possibilities are endless!

Ah, high school AUs...so overdone, but still fun. I do adore AUs, anyway!

High School really is cliche, but it's cliche because people love it!
I'm really looking forward to it. <3

Hee! Funnily enough, I'm actually not a huge fan of high school AU. I don't dislike it, it's just never been a favorite theme of mine. But I can see why people like it so much now!

*Hands cicer a large box of cookies.* I happen to adore cracktastic highschool AU, so all I can say is "Yeah! Write more crack!" I keep meaning to try writing fic (maybe for NanoWriMo this year) and always thought I'd go for something totally crackaliscious....

Mmmm, cookies! I'll keep writing!

I wrote fic for a couple years when I was maybe thirteen or fourteen (and really, I like to blot that out of my memory, because it was unsurprisingly awful) and then stopped and didn't pick it up again until a year and a half ago. It's wonderful fun, though. And crack is such a delight to write. Yes, you should totally do something fun and cracktastic for NaNoWriMo! I love reading fic people write for NaNo, and it's so much easier to stick with it if you're writing something light and fun. :D
