NaNo progress, health update, meme, and me feeling over the hill

Fff, I'm tired. I'm also not as far along on my NaNoNovel as I'd like to be, but whatever. I'm still on schedule at least, and that's a major accomplishment for me. I crammed in 3,000 words today in between doing laundry and working on a 12 page midterm. Ha.

Lordy, my life has gotten boring these days! I can't quite figure out when this happened. Sometime in the last couple years, obviously. I'll be 22 the day before Thanksgiving, and I swear I feel so old it seems like I ought to be headed for the nursing home in a matter of years. I know it's deeply annoying for the older folks to hear twentysomethings complain about feeling old, but it's such a weird thing to make the transition between childhood/teenage years and adulthood. It's a little staggering, really, when I think about it. My youth, it has fleeted! (Fleeted? Flown? ...Fleen?)

Fitting in with my new advanced age, I have recently had an exciting variety of health difficulties! ( Cut because oh my gosh, nobody really wants to know about the state of my sinuses and uterus, right? )
