just a chance that maybe we'll find better days

Time for the day-after-Christmas update, right? I had a really lovely holiday. The dinner was particularly excellent (we had crab and steak that was just amazing) and I love hanging out at home with my parents. We're so good at being quiet and lazy together, which I think is an excellent quality in family members. *laughs*

I made a huge haul, and was pretty spoiled this year. Tone of books and manga and several CDs, plus lots of clothes, which I really needed. Also, a pretty journal and lots of chocolates! I couldn't have asked for anything more. My parents really liked the presents I got for them, too, so I was very happy about that. They're both kind of hard to shop for, but I managed to get several things that they both loved and that was great. I like being Santa.

And now, the day after Christmas, also one of my favorite days! Nothing to do but eat leftovers and candies, play with presents, and sleep. Why can't every day be like this?
