$300 will cover it for three more years, so yep, I'm definitely considering it. I'd rather keep my laptop for as long as I can, and I really don't have the money to buy a whole new one soon (this one cost me about $1,300, but it has all the bells and whistles, which is what I need since this is my primary computer). So I think this might be a good idea, but I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anyone more familiar with computer warranties than I am who thought this was a total ripoff.
